We had heard a lot about Bath over the years.

Bath is about 1 1.2 hours from us so we set off last week.

It was a superb day and as we drove down into the city and looked to our right - I let out a shriek - I was AMAZED - what a BEAUTIFUL place this is.

Our photos really don't do it any justice at all. The population is about 100,000 - most very wealthy people. The architecture is consistent - grand Georgian terraces, palladian parades and other amazing architectural wonders. This is a must to return to and we will do this BEFORE Christmas so Robin can shop while Rob is off doing something else. Shops are DIVINE!
